Its application will help you prepare your muscles before doing physical exercise, in particular if you will be exercising under very extreme weather conditions or if you do not have too much time to warm-up.

If we apply heat to our muscles, without of course forgetting about warming-up and normal stretching exercises, we can increase the flexibility of the muscles and reduce the risk of suffering injuries, pulled muscles or any other normal physical discomfort and pain.

The OXD Intense Heat Cream provides a thermal sensation thanks to the combination of camphor with vanillin derivatives. In accordance to the proportion of these active ingredients we have developed two intensities, which adapt to your needs, skin type and the physical exercise. The OXD Intense Heat Cream is perfect if you really want to feel strong heat on your muscles or if you are going to do very high intensity strenuous exercise.

The OXD Intense Cooling Gel is perfect for you if you want to relieve and invigorate your muscles after doing exercise. It has been specifically formulated for sports massage and it achieves its soothing effect thanks to the action of the alcohol, menthol and the combination of vegetable extracts. Among these there are rosemary, eucalyptus and mint, all of which have balsamic properties that increase the feeling of coolness and reduce muscular fatigue.

By applying a cooling gel after practicing physical exercise, you will be able to sooth straining, fatigued, over-burdened and aching muscles, recovering muscular well-being.

The OXD Intense Cooling Gel is available in two intensities to cover your preferences and the different levels of physical effort. The OXD Recovery Gel is precisely the product you need if your muscles need comforting after doing physical exercise. It is a light gel with a cold/heat effect that combines the beneficial effects of the Arnica flower and the Harpagophytum root.

A light rubdown after practicing sports helps reduce muscle fatigue. Its effectiveness is achieved by combining the refreshing action of the alcohol, menthol and lavender essence with the thermal effect of camphor, which added to the benefits of Arnica and the Harpagophytum root turn this OXD Recovery Gel into an excellent muscle decongestant.

Arnica has been used in traditional medicine to reduce swelling and relax the muscles due to its anti-inflammatory and soothing properties. On the other hand, the roots of the Harpagophytum are also well known for their potential soothing effect and, traditionally, they were used to treat joint pain and stiffness.

The light texture of the OXD Recovery Gel favors its fast application, spreading smoothly and without leaving any residue or a feeling of sticky skin.
